CIL Management Trainee Salary 2025
The applicants who clear the CIL recruiting procedure will be considered for Management Trainee jobs. Appointed applicants as MT positions in E-2 Grade would be awarded an initial Basic salary of Rs. 50,000/- per month throughout the training term. After completing 1-year training term and passing the assessment exam, they will be promoted to E-3 Grade, with a new pay range of Rs.60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000/-, commencing at base salary Rs. 60,000/- per month, coupled with a 1-year probation period.
