  • The principal has the authority to relax the maximum age limit by two years for children with special needs.

  • Press the ‘New Registration’ command.

  • On the screen, the KV registration window will appear. In the corresponding fields, enter the child’s name, parent’s name, birthdate, email address, mobile number, and other information.
  • Click the ‘Register’ button after entering the captcha code as instructed.
  • The mobile number you submitted will receive an OTP. To verify the contact information, enter the same and click “Submit.”
  • The screen will display your login information. Make a note of them and preserve them for future use.

Filling and Submitting the KVS Admission Form 2025

The KV form-filling procedure must be finished online by students. To fill out the KVS Admission Form 2025–2026, follow these easy steps.

  • After completing the KVS registration process at kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in, select the “Login” option located in the top bar and input the captcha code and login credentials that were generated during registration.
  • Press the “Login” button.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025 for Class 1

For Class 1 KVS admissions in 2025–2026, there won’t be an admission exam. The following criteria are used to fill the seats:

  • First Lot: Ten of the forty seats are filled in this phase in accordance with RTE provisions by selecting lots from all applications submitted by SC, ST, EWS, BPL, OBC, and children with disabilities.

  • Third Lot: Using the current priority category approach of categories 1 and 2, the remaining seats for KV entrance in 2025 will be filled.
  • Fourth Lot: Regardless of the authorized strength, SC/ST/OBC-NCL students will be admitted in accordance with admission priorities to make up the difference in the seats set aside for them.
  • Fifth Lot: Priority category 3 admissions for kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in 2025 admission will be made if there are any open seats.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025 for Classes 2 to 8

  • For Class 2 to 8 KV enrollment in 2025–2026, there won’t be an admission exam.
  • Students are assigned seats based on the priority category allocation mechanism.
  • In the event that there are more applications than seats available, each category will use a lottery mechanism.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025 for Class 9

  • A distinct merit list is created for each category following the administration of an admission exam for Class 9 KV admissions.
  • Math, Hindi, English, science, and social science questions are all included in the admission exam.
  • The Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission test takes three hours to complete and is worth 100 points overall.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025 for Class 10 and 12

According to seat availability, the Deputy Commissioner of the Region will offer admissions for Class 10 and 12 KV in 2025–2026 if the number of students in any class is fewer than 40 in any KV. These admissions will be provided based on the following conditions:
