Presentation on Instrumentation and DNA isolation

PG Dept of Biotechnology in association with IQAC conducted a presentation on Instrumentation and DNA isolation. The program was co ordinated by MSc Biotechnology Second Sem students. Safeeda, Ashfena and Rinshida of MSc Biotechnology presented the classes. The topics included DNA Isolation, AGE, BLAST, PCR, UV transilluminator, LAF, Vortex , Cooling Centrifuge, Mini centrifuge, Incubator, Water bath etc. Ashfena proposed the vote of thanks.
